My farm is called “Monterosso”, in honour of a wonderful wood of oaks, which me and my family have the luck of admiring when we open the windows every morning.
Monterosso is a small but efficient reality that lives and prosperates in the small country of Volpara, in the Alta Valle Versa.
The farm, situated in the hills in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, is based on a familiar organization which includes my father Alfiero, my mother Pia, my wife Beatrice, my daughters Francesca Veronica and Camilla and my aunt Livia.
Our customers, are not the big supply chain, but only many friends who esteem the genuine wine which we are proud to produce with satisfaction.
For this purpose, we have always tried to produce excellent wines, distrusting from the oenological chemistry, for not distorting the genuinity of our wine.
A natural method of work, which doesn’t forget the story of my grandfather Mario and the sacrifices that him and my father did for giving me a farm whose I have always been proud of.
